The reasons why a game can freeze or be interrupted can be numerous. Often it can simply be resolved by reloading the game. Sometimes, it can be a technical issue with your device. If the issue doesn’t go away despite your efforts, please contact our Customer Support at [email protected] with relevant details of the issue.
Note that if the game freezes during a play, if the amount that you played has been taken from your balance, the game will complete even though you don’t see the play. Any winnings will be reflected in your account even if you don’t see it. You can check the results of each play in the ‘Game Play History’ tab of ‘My Account’.
To view your game play history, go to the ‘My Account’ page in the left hand navigation and click on the ‘Game Play History’ tab. From here, you can see your game play history, which contains information including date/time played, game, amount and if it was a win or bet.
