How do I make a purchase of Lucky Coins?

To purchase Lucky Coins, click on the ‘Get Coins’ button in the left hand navigation. If you haven’t completed your profile details (e.g. name, date of birth), you will need to do that first. Once you are in the Coin Store, you can see what Lucky Coins Packages are available for purchase. Sweeps Coins can not be purchased. You may obtain Sweeps Coins as a bonus to you for buying a Lucky Coins Package upon completion of purchase of your Lucky Coins package. 

To purchase the Lucky Coins Package, select the package you wish to purchase and then click on the payment method you wish to use. Input your card details to complete the purchase. Once completed, the Lucky Coins you purchased will be credited to your Lucky Coins balance. Any free Sweeps Coins that you received as a bonus will be credited to your Sweeps Coins balance. You will also receive an email with a receipt for your Lucky Coins purchase. This receipt will also detail any Sweep Coins that you have been given for free.


What payment methods can I use?

We currently offer payment via:

  • Debit and Credit Cards issued by Mastercard and Discover / Diners Club
  • Cryptocurrencies with all the major crypto currencies accepted including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC)

Why did I not get free Sweeps Coins with my purchase?

You are not able to purchase Sweeps Coins on Sweeptastic. Not all Lucky Coins Packages come with free bonus Sweeps Coins. You may have purchased a Lucky Coins Package that contains Lucky Coins only and has no free bonus Sweeps Coins.

Please check if a purchase receipt has been emailed to you. If you haven’t received an email, it is very likely that the purchase transaction didn’t complete. It may have been a failed transaction with your bank. No money will have left your account. You can confirm this by checking your bank statement online or through your bank app.

If you have received an emailed purchase receipt and this receipt confirms that you should have received free Sweeps Coins, please check your transaction history on Sweeptastic. Go to ‘My Account’ in the left hand navigation and click on the ‘Transaction History’ tab. You can check if the correct amount of Sweeps Coins has been credited to your account.

What is your refund policy?

Purchases of Lucky Coins are final and are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable. The purchase of Lucky Coins is not the deposit of funds which can be withdrawn or refunded to you. Lucky Coins do not have any real money value. There are limited exceptions within which we shall refund a customer for any purchases including:

  • In the event that a transaction is made by a customer located in a Restricted State
  • In the event that a transaction is made by an individuals of less than 18 years of age
