VERSION 1.0 - Responsible Social Gaming Policy

This Responsible Social Gaming Policy has last been updated on 19 April 2023 and supersedes and replaces all prior Responsible Social Gaming Policies.

Sweeptastic is committed to responsible social gaming, and is dedicated to an enjoyable, safe and positive gaming experience for all of our customers. We realize that there are players who are at risk of potential negative effects associated with social gaming. We believe that it is our responsibility to help our customers experience our games in a safe and responsible manner. As such, we have created a Responsible Social Gaming Program (RSG Program) with tools, information and measures to help our customers keep their social gaming experience enjoyable and safe. The RSG Program is designed to support the needs of individuals at any stage of the customer journey and any level of gameplay. We focus on providing control tools and informing, educating and supporting informed decisions.

RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMING (RSG) TOOLS

All RSG Tools that we provide are accessible in the Profile section of the website in the ‘Responsible Gaming’ tab. Any control put in place by the customer will take immediate effect on the website.

In addition, customers can contact Sweeptastic to implement controls on their behalf as requested.

PURCHASE LIMIT

  • Customers can limit the amount of Lucky Coins they can purchase during a chosen time period. Once the limit is reached, the customer will not be able to make any new purchases until the limit resets.
  • Period options are Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
  • The limit can be adjusted or removed.

PLAY LIMIT

  • Customers can limit the maximum amount of Lucky Coins they can play with during a chosen time period. Once the limit is reached, the customer will not be able to play any more Lucky Coins until the limit resets.
  • Period options are Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
  • The limit can be adjusted or removed.

TIME LIMIT

  • Customers can limit the time they spend logged into the website per day, regardless if the customer is engaged in gameplay or not. Customers are able to set the exact number of hours per day. Once the limit is reached, the customer is automatically logged out and they won’t be able to log in again until the next day.
  • The timer resets at 00:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • The limit can be adjusted or removed at any time.

ACTIVITY CHECK

  • Customers can set reminders about time spent on the website. When set by the customer, the Activity Reminder suspends play and indicates how long the customer has been playing.
  • The Activity Reminder does not impose a limit unlike the Time Limit control.

TIMEOUT

  • Customers are able to take a short break from playing for a period chosen by them. In this Timeout period, customers won’t be able to play or make purchases.
  • Apart from that, customers will be able to use the website.

SELF EXCLUSION

  • Customers are able to self exclude from the website. Once a customer has chosen to self exclude, we will suspend their account for the period of time they choose and they won’t be able to log in during that period.
  • If the customer’s account has been successfully verified, we will endeavor to arrange for any Sweeps Coins remaining in the customer’s account which satisfy our playthrough requirements and meet our minimum redemption threshold to be redeemed.
  • The available self exclude period options are 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years and Indefinite.
  • The minimum period for self exclusion is six months.
  • It will not be possible for a customer to reactivate their account until the chosen time period ends.

CLOSE ACCOUNT

  • Customers are able to choose to close their account permanently. Once chosen, we will permanently close your account and it will not be possible for a customer to reactivate their account.

All of the above RSG Tools are accessible in the Profile section of the website in the ‘Responsible Gaming’ tab.
