To redeem a prize, click on the ‘Redeem’ button in the left hand navigation. If you haven’t completed the Verification (KYC) process or submitted your bank details, you will need to do that first. You can do this at any time and we encourage players to do it as early as possible. You will only need to do this once. Once you have successfully completed those steps, the Redeem Coins page will open. This will show your redeemable balance of Sweeps Coins. Each Sweeps Coin has a redemption value of US Dollar $1 per Sweeps Coin. This means that 5 Sweeps Coins (SC) has a redemption value of five US Dollars ($5). Per our Terms, we may require you to make a minimum redemption request of 100 Sweeps Coins / $100 to process a redemption. Enter the amount of coins that you wish to redeem and click Redeem Coins.

Our team will then process the redemption requests during normal business hours. ACH payments to your bank account typically take 1-3 business days to complete. You will receive an email with the status of the redemption request updates.
No, there is no fee charged when you redeem a prize. Please note though that per our Terms, we may require you to make a minimum redemption request of 100 Sweeps Coins / $100 to process a redemption.
