SC redemptions at SweepShark

I’ve covered the dual virtual currency model at SweepShark above, but part of my review is to go deeper into the prize redemption process. Only 25 SC is needed for a gift card prize redemptions, which is much lower than the minimum at other sweeps casinos and means that building towards prizes is a much quicker process. If you want to hold out for a cash prize, you’ll need to accumulate 100 SC.

In addition, you’ll need to complete KYC verification before it’s possible to redeem SC for real life prizes. This is a standard practice at all sweepstakes casinos so will be familiar if you’ve ever played at any other sweeps sites. To complete the process, you’ll need to submit the following evidence:

• A copy of a government-issued ID document such as a driver’s license or passport,

While assembling my SweepShark review, I found I had a few questions that required a little more input. This was where the superior customer support at SweepShark swooped in to save the day. The live chat is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can be accessed from any page by hitting the speech bubble symbol. You’ll initially connect to the SweepShark bot but can press ‘Talk to a Human’ to be connected to a support agent as soon as they’re available. I tested out the customer support several times and found that I never had to wait very long to be connected to a friendly, helpful agent.

As a back up, you can send a message to the team via email. The expected response time is listed as ‘as soon as possible’, but you may have to wait up to seventy-two hours for a response. This is pretty typical at sweeps casinos so, although I’d like it to be quicker, it’s adequate and a good backup for the live chat feature.

There are no table games but fans of slots will be able to swim through an ocean of cool games from the very best names in the industry like BGaming, Evoplay, and NetGame. There’s also an increasing collection of fishing games which are becoming steadily more popular with players and a good supplement to a slots heavy lobby.
