Roo Vegas Review 2026: Is Roo Vegas casino legit?

What you need to know about the virtual currencies at Roo Vegas casino

Roo Vegas uses three virtual currencies, so there’s a little bit more to learn here compared to other sweepstakes casinos. As I worked my way through my Roo Vegas reviews, it quickly became clear as to how these virtual tokens are used, so it’s not super complicated. To help you get up to speed, here’s a quick overview of how it all works:

• Roo Coins – Used for fun gameplay only. You can claim them in promotions and by winning games, giving you plenty of ways to obtain Roo Coins for free. Plus, Roo Coins can be purchased in bundles if you want an extra boost.
• Spin Coins – A promotional virtual currency that can be used to play casino-style games. As you play through Spin Coins, they are turned into Spin Cash.
• Spin Cash – You can use Spin Cash to redeem real-world prizes.

1,000+ casino-style games in the Roo Vegas casino library

Roo Vegas is home to over 1,000 games, including slots and a live dealer section. These games are powered by some of the biggest names in the industry, including ICONIC21, BGaming, Penguin King, and Betsoft. Whether you are interested in some classic slots, hold & wins, or immersive live games, the Roo Vegas casino lobby has something for everyone.

In the classic slots section, I found a stack of popular titles and even a few games that I haven’t seen around in a while. For instance, I discovered titles like Amped Up!, Olympus Trueways, Monster Pop, More Gold Diggin’, and Back to Venus. What makes the slots collection so great is the variety of niche categories. For example, I found the likes of Fruit Games and Candy Games, where the entire collection is based on that theme.

The live dealer section offers a range of immersive games, but what makes this stand out is that they can only be played with Spin Coins. So, if you want to take your gaming experience to the next level and enjoy an authentic experience, this is where the fun is at. As a bonus, every play will move you closer to redeeming a real cash prize.

Here’s what you’ll get in your welcome offer

After opening a new account at Roo Vegas, I was given a one-off bonus of 500,000 Roo Coins and 10 Spin Coins. While I didn’t need a Roo Vegas promo code, I did need to manually claim it. Admittedly, at first, I thought there wasn’t going to be a welcome bonus, because I’m so used to them automatically getting credited after registration. That said, it was easy to find, and I soon found the offer in the sidebar. With a single tap, I had accepted the bonus, and it was added to my virtual currency balance.

That wasn’t all, either. I was also given a 200% boost on my first bundle of Roo Coins. Of course, as all packages are optional, there’s no pressure to claim this offer at all. With 200% extra Roo Coins added, this increased my first package to 1.5 million Roo Coins for $9.99 with 30 free Spin Coins.

Roo Vegas has a modern, sleek website

As soon as I landed on Roo Vegas casino, it was clear to see that the website has been designed for modern players. While the colour scheme offers a nostalgic vibe, the animations and graphics add a modern twist. Despite the website hosting a whole stack of information, it’s not cluttered at all. I found that the game categories are all presented neatly at the top of the screen, with the addition of a sidebar, offering links to the lobby, new games, promotions, and even a search bar.

What stood out to me was the ‘Random Game’ button. This is great for players who aren’t sure of what game to play next and are looking for a little bit of inspiration. Simply tap the button, and you will be given a game to try at random. Don’t like what you’ve been given? Just tap to go again. If you’re like me and enjoy surprises, then this will hit the spot.

A fully mobile-optimised website for iOS and Android devices

I didn’t find a dedicated app for Roo Vegas casino, but I did realise that the website is completely compatible with mobile devices, thanks to HTML5 technology. Whatever device you load the website from, it will instantly adapt to your screen size, providing a fully tailored gaming experience. In my experience, the website works perfectly on iOS and Android devices, without any difference.

When I compared the mobile site with the desktop version, there weren’t many alterations. That said, you can expect to find the content condensed down a little, as this helps to make the screen scrollable and easier to digest on a small screen. A few of the buttons are moved to the bottom of the screen, for example. Every page and game I tested on an iPhone loaded quickly, and I didn’t encounter any glitches or issues with lagging. Overall, the mobile site is great whether you are playing games or managing your account settings.

Check out the payment methods at Roo Vegas

As a sweepstakes casino, Roo Vegas gives you the option to buy bundles of Roo Coins. If you decide to purchase a package of Roo Coins, you will have the choice of reputable payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Regardless of which payment method you use, your payments will be processed instantly, so you don’t have to wait around for your Roo Coins to arrive.

When it comes to prize redemptions, this is done by playing through your Spin Coins, so that they convert into Spin Cash. You can only redeem your Spin Cash for prizes once you have collected a minimum of 50 Spin Cash. Compared to other sweepstakes casinos, this is a relatively low amount. The average minimum redemption limit is 100 SC, meaning that you can get a cash prize within half the time at Roo Vegas.

Just make sure that you have completed your profile by entering your basic information and completing the verification check. The in-depth verification requires you to submit a copy of your photo ID and proof of address. Once this has been done, your account will be fully authorised, and you will be able to redeem cash prizes with ease.

24/7 customer support is available to all players

Customer support is vital for any sweepstakes casino. Let’s face it, while you always hope to never run into an issue, the chances are, you are bound to need to speak with someone at some point, even if it’s for a relatively simple query. So, to help you know exactly where to go in your time of need, I tested the customer support channels. What I found is that all the channels are open 24/7, meaning that the team is never offline.

Live chat is the main support channel, as it provides rapid support for all types of issues and queries. When I tested the live chat service first-hand, I was connected with an agent within a minute, and my questions were resolved within 5 minutes. If you are happy to wait a little longer, then email support will be suitable. On average, you can expect to wait around 6 hours, which is pretty reasonable.

On the other hand, you can access the FAQ page, which offers a wide range of topics. The topics are broken down into General, Payment, and Verification, with most basic queries falling under the ‘General’ category. Regardless of your question, I would recommend checking the FAQs out first, as you might just find the answer.

Is Roo Vegas legit? I explored the security measures in this Roo Vegas review

Before I recommend any sweepstakes casino, I always check the security features. After all, a sweepstakes casino can be as fun as it wants, but if it’s not safe, then it won’t appear on my top list. Thankfully, Roo Vegas might be the only available sweepstakes casino in Australia, but you aren’t stuck with an unsuitable option. First of all, it’s owned and operated by Zoom Net Services Limited, which is fully licensed and regulated.

Upon exploring the security measures, I found that the website utilises SSL encryption software. As you enter your personal details or banking information, SSL encryption works by scrambling the information to prevent hacking and leaking. You can also rely on the game outcomes to be fair, as all casino-style games are powered by reputable providers that have their games independently audited for fairness.

Roo Vegas is exclusively available in Australia and welcomes players who are 21+ years old. To help protect minors, the site has a strict KYC (Know Your Customer) check. You will need to upload a copy of your ID and proof of address before your account is fully created. There are also a range of responsible gaming tools available, including spending limits that you can set for your preferred frequency, such as daily, weekly, and monthly. You can also request to take a break for up to 7 days or self-exclude for a minimum of 6 months, depending on your needs.

Ongoing promotions at Roo Vegas

As you stick around at Roo Vegas, you will start to find regular and consistent rewards to help fuel your return visits. You won’t find an online casino no-deposit bonus in Australia here, because there are no deposits permitted at Roo Vegas. To give you an idea of what you can expect, here’s a list of a few of the top offers I found:

• Daily login bonus – Log into your account once a day to claim 1 Spin Coin.
• Social media competitions – Not only can you use social media to chat with like-minded players, but you will also find exclusive promotions and giveaways.
• Tournaments – Join the regular Roo’s Race for a chance to win a share of Spin Coins. Simply play slots, where every spin gives you points on the leaderboard.
• Roo Coin bundles – The Roo Coin store offers a regular selection of discounts, free Spin Coins, and extra Roo Coins, which is worth checking out.

Join the Roowards Club as a new player in Australia

After opening a new account, you will immediately be enrolled on the Roowards Club, which is the site’s VIP program. As you play casino-style games, you will collect points to move through the seven tiers. You will start at the Iron level and progress through until you hit Roo’s Room. However, Roo’s Room is an invite-only tier, which is only open to Super VIPs.

What makes the Roowards Club so different is that you never know what perks and exclusive offers you will be given next. In your first 7-30 days at Roo Vegas, the site will quietly sit back and track your gaming activity and how you interact with the site. After this period, Roo Vegas will then offer you a few tier-based rewards at the Iron level. This means that all of your exclusive perks are totally custom, meaning that you won’t find out what they are until they are presented to you. I have also heard that Roo Vegas has the power to skip tiers. So, if Roo Vegas determine that you deserve it, they will progress you at a faster rate.

Overall, the Roowards Club offers a fully tailored experience, where the perks and benefits are designed to suit your gameplay style. Without realising it, you may lean more towards a particular type of game, for example, so Roo Vegas will pick up on any patterns to help boost your gameplay. Whether that’s through offering bonuses that match your favourite games or encourage you to explore elsewhere, that remains to be seen.

Conclusion: Roo Vegas casino is worth exploring for Australian players

Roo Vegas is an excellent sweepstakes casino for Australian players, offering a diverse mixture of games, including slots and a live casino. The website works well on all devices, including desktop PCs and mobile devices, so you shouldn’t ever run into a connection issue. The website is well-organised, offering a clutter-free experience with clear categories.

The customer support is available around the clock, so you are never left high and dry with no one to turn to. Of course, there is a little room for improvement, but it’s on the right track. For starters, it would be great to see a few more payment methods added to add a greater depth of options that have everyone covered. Either way, if you want to try Roo Vegas first-hand, all you need to do now is tap the promotional banners on this page.
